History: Red Oak started over 10 years ago in Southern Utah, and moved to Mesa in 2014. It is a family-owned and operated commercial plumbing company with a strong reputation for the highest quality work in both Arizona and Utah.
Our Management Team
Ether J Barlow / Owner / CEO
Ether holds Master Plumbers’ licenses in Utah, Arizona, Nevada, Idaho, and Colorado, along with NICET level II certification in Water Based Fire Sprinkler Design. In addition, he has his Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a Project Management certificate, and has expanded skills in leadership and customer service excellence. In 2014, Ether and his family moved to the warmer climate of the Grand Canyon State, and opened Red Oak’s Mesa office.
